ABOUT OUR PASTOR, APOSTLE DELRENE FORDYCE
Apostle Delrene Fordyce serves as the Senior Pastor of Gospel Foundation International Healing Ministries, Inc., located in the Bronx, New York. A woman of deep conviction, humility, and prophetic insight, she has devoted her life to advancing the Kingdom of God through healing, teaching, and Spirit-led leadership.

Apostle Fordyce answered the call of God at the tender age of 12 in Jamaica, W.I., where she accepted Jesus Christ as Lord and was baptized. From an early age, she ministered alongside her mother—an evangelist—participating in small group meetings, choir rehearsals, and revival services. Her parents, the late Phanuel and Randolph Marrett, played a defining role in shaping her spiritual foundation. Through their guidance and the power of the Holy Spirit, she learned what it means to be a true servant of God. Her call to ministry was continually confirmed through prophecies, dreams, and visions, strengthening her resolve to serve.

In 2013, while a member of the Gospel Foundation Church of God in the Bronx, Apostle Fordyce felt the Lord leading her to establish a ministry focused on healing, compassion, and spiritual restoration. With a heart for people, a deep concern for the sick and vulnerable, and a passion to see souls reach their God-given potential, she launched Gospel Foundation International Healing Ministries. Her life is anchored in the mandate to love God wholeheartedly and to demonstrate His love through justice, compassion, and righteousness—echoing the prophetic charge: “Let justice roll on like a river, righteousness like a never-failing stream!” (Amos 5:24).

Academically, Apostle Fordyce is well accomplished. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Childcare and Family Studies from SUNY Stony Brook, as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from SUNY Health Sciences Center in Brooklyn, NY. Her nursing background and leadership experience have greatly enriched her ministry, especially in areas of emotional care, physical healing, and pastoral counseling.

Responding further to God’s call, she enrolled in the Master of Divinity program at Alliance Theological Seminary in Nyack, NY in 2005. Her theological training equipped her with the biblical knowledge, pastoral competencies, and spiritual depth necessary to lead a healing and deliverance ministry with confidence and excellence.

Beyond her pastoral and academic achievements, Apostle Fordyce is internationally certified as an Entrepreneur Coach with a specialization in Marketing, Image, and Branding. She is also a certified Women’s Issues & Diversity Trainer (CDT) with The Professional Women Network in Kentucky. These skills uniquely position her to empower women, leaders, and ministries through practical and spiritual development.

Apostle Fordyce is joyfully married to Pastor Joseph Fordyce, who serves as Assistant Pastor at GFIHM. Together, they are blessed with three adult children—Joseph Jr., Althea, and Tristan—who continue to be a source of pride and inspiration.
Her journey is a testimony of obedience, resilience, and unwavering devotion to Christ. Through her leadership, Gospel Foundation International Healing Ministries continues to be a place of healing, transformation, and spiritual empowerment for all who come.
