Women With Issues
Featuring the book: Phanuel Daughter Of A Prophet
"For many weeks after the accident, the evening remained in Phanuel's mind-the surprise, the shock, the blood, and the loss. Her mind was seized by the very smell and feel of the day and would replay it in an unending loop-the unexpected jolt, the warm breath of the people thrown against her, their perspiring bodies blocking her exit, the swarming, wailing, confused crowd outside, and the bloody slaughterhouse feel. She was so very grateful but had many questions. Why had the Lord chosen her...?

Men's Empowerment
Bringing Out the Leader in Men
Men can be effective leaders by cultivating qualities like strong communication skills, empathy, self-awareness, a collaborative approach, active listening, a vision for the future, the ability to empower others, and a commitment to inclusivity, moving away from traditional, hierarchical leadership styles and embracing a more modern, supportive leadership approach.

Key points to remember:
Beyond traditional masculinity: Effective leadership today goes beyond the stereotype of a "tough" leader; men must demonstrate empathy, vulnerability, and emotional
intelligence.
Active listening: Pay attention to the needs and perspectives of team members, fostering open communication.
Empowerment: Encourage team members to take ownership of their work and develop their skills.
Inclusivity: Create a diverse and welcoming environment where everyone feels valued and heard.
Self-reflection: Be aware of personal biases and actively work to overcome them.
Adaptability: Be flexible and willing to adjust strategies based on changing situations.
Positive role modeling: Demonstrate ethical behavior and commitment to the team's goals.
How can men develop these qualities?
Seek feedback: Ask colleagues and mentors for honest feedback on your leadership style.
Leadership training: Participate in workshops and programs focused on modern leadership practices.
Mentorship: Develop relationships with experienced leaders who can guide your growth.
Read widely: Explore literature on leadership, diversity, and inclusion
“The ultimate measure of a man is not where he stands in moments of convenience and comfort, but where he stands at times of challenge and controversy”
Martin Luther King Jr.
