MEET SARAH YAMO HADDASSAH
Introducing a Light in Our Midst: Sarah Yamo Hadassah, The Soulful Force of Faith, Fitness, and Public Service
In a world often cluttered with noise and haste, it’s rare to find individuals who bring harmony to both body and spirit—yet from the heart of Nairobi emerges one such figure: Sarah Yamo Hadassah.
A woman of quiet strength and dynamic vision, Sarah wears many hats: public servant, wellness advocate, spiritual guide, and beacon of community resilience. For over two decades, she has served Kenya through roles in ministries, state departments, and public agencies, bringing with her a devotion to principled leadership and grassroots impact.
But her work doesn’t end at the office door.
Online, she pulses with life and inspiration under the name @sarfitnes on Instagram and @artysarah7716 on YouTube, where she encourages her growing audience to move their bodies, nourish their minds, and elevate their souls.
Her mantra—"Keep grinding, keep going, look good, feel good, live long with God in control"—is more than a catchphrase. It’s a daily call to action, shared with thousands who follow her home-based workouts and uplifting reflections.
What truly sets Sarah apart, however, is her passionate ministry to children. Every Sunday, her “Bible Talk for Children” brings the Word to life with joy and clarity, drawing families into meaningful conversations about faith, character, and purpose. In an age of fleeting trends, Sarah chooses timeless truths. She doesn't just talk about God; she walks a life steeped in grace.
From the corridors of government to the digital platforms of inspiration, Sarah Yamo Hadassah reminds us that leadership is not a title—it’s a calling. And through her work, she whispers to our souls what the world too often forgets: that healing, faith, and hope begin at home, in the body, and in the heart.
In her, Nairobi has not just a public servant, but a public soul.

Submissiveness
Submissiveness refers to the quality of being willing to submit or yield to the authority or control of another. It can manifest in various contexts, including personal relationships, social dynamics, and even professional environments. Here are some key aspects of submissiveness:
Definition: The act of yielding to the will or authority of another person.
Contexts: Can occur in romantic relationships, power dynamics, and even in certain cultural or social settings.
Psychological Aspects: Involves complex emotions and motivations, including trust, safety, and the desire for connection.
Positive and Negative Aspects: While it can lead to harmony in some relationships, excessive submissiveness may result in unhealthy dynamics or personal dissatisfaction.
Understanding submissiveness is crucial for navigating interpersonal relationships and ensuring that they are healthy and consensual.

A Poem
Whispers of the Soul

In the quiet dawn, where shadows fade,
A seed of light begins to wade,
Through the soil of doubt, it starts to rise,
Reaching for the sun, beneath open skies.
Roots of Reflection
Deep in the earth, where wisdom sleeps,
The heart learns secrets that the spirit keeps,
With every challenge, each lesson learned,
A flicker of hope within us burned.
Branches of Faith
Upward we stretch, in search of the divine,
With branches of faith, we intertwine,
Embracing the storms, the winds that blow,
For in every struggle, our true selves grow.
Leaves of Compassion
Emerging from trials, our leaves unfurl,
In the garden of life, we dance and twirl,
Sharing our colors, vibrant and bright,
In the tapestry woven by love and light.
Fruits of Connection
As seasons change, we bear the fruit,
Of kindness and grace, our spirits root,
In the harvest of hearts, we find our way,
Growing together, come what may.
Embrace the Journey
So let us wander, let us explore,
The depths of our being, forevermore,
For in the journey, the spirit's song,
We find our purpose, where we belong.
