Essential Qualities for Spiritual Growth and Ascension
Essential Qualities for Spiritual Growth and Ascension are fundamental attributes that individuals must cultivate in their journey towards higher consciousness and enlightenment. These qualities serve as the foundation for personal transformation and spiritual awakening, enabling individuals to connect more deeply with their inner selves and the universe around them.
1. Self-Awareness
Self-awareness is a critical quality that allows individuals to recognize their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. It involves an honest assessment of one’s strengths and weaknesses, as well as an understanding of how these aspects influence interactions with others. By fostering self-awareness, individuals can identify patterns that hinder their spiritual growth and work consciously to change them. 2. Compassion

How God Uses Our Plantings to Shape Lives and Futures
“He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds.”
Psalm 147:3
As women, wives, mothers, leaders, caregivers, and daughters of God, we must never underestimate the power of what we plant—through our words, our choices, our prayers, our service, and our faithfulness. Every act of love, every seed of obedience, every moment of perseverance carries the potential to shape generations.
Throughout my journey in ministry, leadership, coaching, and healthcare, I have witnessed both the wounds people carry and the incredible healing power of God. I have seen broken hearts restored, families reconciled, minds renewed, and lives transformed when individuals choose to plant seeds of faith instead of fear, healing instead of bitterness, wisdom instead of destruction, and purpose instead of despair.
Deliverance often begins with a declaration.
Many women today are silently carrying burdens while still nurturing others. Yet even in difficult seasons, God is calling His daughters to continue planting righteous seeds. A praying woman plants hope. A faithful wife plants stability. A wise mother plants legacy. A healed woman plants freedom for generations after her.
The enemy often tries to convince women that their labor, sacrifice, tears, and prayers are unnoticed—but God sees every seed. Seeds planted in pain can still produce healing. Seeds planted in obedience can unlock deliverance. Seeds planted in faith can reshape entire bloodlines.
As women of God, we must also guard what we allow to be planted within us. Fear, unforgiveness, comparison, anger, and hopelessness are dangerous seeds that can choke purpose and delay healing. But when we intentionally plant God’s Word, surround ourselves with wisdom, seek healing, and remain faithful through the process, we position ourselves for a harvest of peace, restoration, strength, and blessing.
Healing and deliverance are not only about what God removes from our lives—they are also about what He develops within us. God desires to heal women emotionally, spiritually, mentally, relationally, and generationally so they can become vessels of life, wisdom, and transformation.
To every woman reading this: your seeds matter. Your prayers matter. Your obedience matters. Your healing matters. Your future matters.
Do not grow weary in planting what is good. In due season, you shall reap a harvest that reflects the faithfulness of God.

Sarah's Bible Talk (SBT) Program Art (the same can be requested through the marketing agent)... then go to ACCOUNT and update your name, title and add a brief 'about' information to display who you are and your program.
